Registration Cancellation Policy: We appreciate that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to cancel your registration please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to event: An administrative fee of $50 will be charged if you cancel your registration up to 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to event: Labrix will refund 50% of the registration fee, minus the $50 administration fee. If we are able to fill your seat, you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee minus the $50 administration fee.
Cancellation after electronic copies of presentations are emailed out (usually 2-3 days prior to event: Labrix will be unable to process a refund.
All refunds will be addressed after the event date. Please allow 2 weeks after event date to process refunds. Please note that if you have reserved a room at the event hotel you will also need to cancel that reservation.
